They will if you ask them, give their own opinion of what and where you are likely to obtain the best results. They will also advise you to negotiate best value with the people concerned, taking into account that Christina and David will not be receiving any sales commission.

Like most countries through out the Mediterranean, Cyprus also offers apartments or villas in private sites or purpose built complexes, with private swimming pools or shared pools and other facilities. While more and more people are retiring to Cyprus many of you may chose to buy a holiday home or property for short term holiday lets.

With the climate in Cyprus being of mild winters and long summers this makes an ideal investment.

While many of the new build projects are constructed by the large property developers, in our respected position we know of some of the best deals whether it’s with these firms or with a whole raft of family sized, local builders.
